Information About Uninsured Services Fees

As part of our commitment to transparency and your rights as a patient, please review the following information:

Some services provided at MIDC are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). These are known as uninsured services. A list of these services and their associated fees is posted on our website and reception area. Before receiving any uninsured service, you will be informed of the fee and asked to provide your consent.

Note: All uninsured services must be paid in full when rendered. MIDC accepts Cash or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
